Bio
Cano was a Gold Glove award winner in his freshman season with the Bulldogs. He had the highest slugging percentage on the team, a .414 and had 17 runs and 31 hits, including six doubles and three homeruns. He also led the team with 34 RBI’s. Cano was the athlete of the year at St. Joseph High School and a four-year varsity player.
