Football's Shayden McMoore Headed to Graceland University

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Allan Hancock College football strong safety, Shayden McMoore, has committed to continuing his academic and athletic career at Graceland University next season.

"Graceland was one of the very first schools to ever try to recruit me coming out of high school," McMoore shared. "I love what Coach Ross is building there and it was a school that both my family and myself could agree on."

The Hawaii native, who has been with the Bulldogs since the 2019 season, saw limited action during his sophomore campaign after being sidelined for several games due to quarantine protocols. As a true freshman, McMoore recorded nine tackles after competing in six games.

"Allan Hancock definitely prepared me to be successful at the next level," added McMoore. "My time here has really helped me with maturity! Not only as a student or as an athlete, but also as an adult off the field."

Graceland University, located in Iowa, is a member of the NAIA and competes in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
