Men's Soccer Battles to 3-3 Draw at Glendale

GLENDALE, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's soccer program closed out the non-conference slate with a 3-3 draw on the road at Glendale Community College on Tuesday evening. | BOX SCORE

The Bulldogs (1-7-2) faced an early two-goal deficit after Glendale snuck a pair of shots past the keeper in the 3rd and 22nd minutes of action. Josue Celio recorded his first goal of the season, assisted by Landon Smith, just before the halftime intermission. The Vaqueros (2-4-4) scored once more in the 62nd minute of play, but Jesus Hinojosa connected on a pass from Myles Baro just five minutes later to cut the difference. Scoring ended for both sides after Sean Soltan lifted the Bulldogs with a goal in the 81st minute, assisted by Alex Gonzales. TJ Vinnedge collected five saves through 90 minutes of action in the box. 

Hancock is set to return to action on Tuesday, October 12th, with a home showing versus Santa Barbara. Match time is set for 4 PM on the AHC Soccer Field.
