Track & Field Continues Competition at Ocean & Valley Meet
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College track & field program continued the season by competing at the Ocean & Valley Meet on Friday afternoon, hosted on the campus of Cuesta College. | FULL RESULTS
The men's team finished in sixth place out of seven programs after turning in a score of 36 points. Modesto won the event with a score of 197.5, followed by Hartnell (170) and College of the Sequoias (317). The women's program landed in seventh place after recording a score of 37 points. Harnell walked away with the victory after collecting a score of 178, followed by Cuesta (167) and Modesto (97).
Two members of the AHC squad closed the day with top performances. Reann Booker secured a 1st place finish in the 400-meter dash after clocking a final time of 59.89 for the women's team. Jordan Smith set a top mark in the men's triple jump with a leap of 13.20 meters.
The Bulldogs will return to the Cuesta College campus on Friday, April 1st, for the WSC Coastal Meet.
