Bulldogs Finish Fifth at WSC Neutral Event

VAN NUYS, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College women's golf team continues the season by participating in the Western State Conference (WSC) #4 Neutral Meet on Monday afternoon, hosted by the Woodley Lakes Golf Course in Van Nuys.

The Bulldogs finished fifth in the field of seven programs and posted their lowest tally of the season thus far after turning in a final score of 368. College of the Canyons won the event after shooting 314, followed by Santa Barbara City College (329) and Bakersfield College (333). 

Danica Black was a top performer for the Hancock squad once again with a final score of 84. Sidney Pruett (91), Nicole Lindner (96), and Katrina Mata (97) also added to the team's season-low mark. 

The Bulldogs have a quick turnaround this week with a road trip to Antelope Valley College set for October 5th for the WSC #5 competition.
