Women's Soccer Drops Road Test at LA Pierce

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College women's soccer program fell, 5-1, during a road contest at LA Pierce on Tuesday afternoon. | BOX SCORE

Emely Graciliano Sanchez got the Bulldogs (4-7-3 | 2-3-2 WSC) on the board by scoring her fourth goal of the season in the 12th minute of action. The Brahmas (8-3-4 | 4-2-2 WSC) responded with five unanswered goal after scoring two before the intermission and three in the second half. 

LA Pierce outshot the Bulldogs at a 14-7 margin in the contest while limiting the AHC squad to just two attempts after the halftime break. Gracilliano Sanchez and Brianna Gaona led the effort for Allan Hancock with two shot attempts each and combined for three of the team's five shots on target. Ally Britt collected six saves but was charged with the loss after 90 minutes in the box. 

The Bulldogs are set to return to action on Friday, October 29th, with a trip to No. 12-ranked Ventura College.
