Cross Country Continues Season at Western State Conference Championship
GLENDALE, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's and women's cross country programs continued action on Friday afternoon at the Western State Conference Championship, hosted by Glendale Community College. | FULL RESULTS
The women's program finished in eighth place out of eight teams after posting a total time of 2:15.05 on the 5k course. Sierra Skinner led the women's team with a 32nd place finish out of 65 racers with a final time of 22:01. Nicki Lucero also finished in the top-50 after notching a final time of 25:18.
The men's team landed in seventh place out of eight teams with a total time of 1:57.01 on the four-mile course. Luis Diaz led the effort for the Bulldogs with a 32nd place finish out of 93 racers after recording a 21:34 race time. Jose Cardenas-Ayala crossed the finish line next for AHC at No. 50 with a final time of 22:37.
