Colton Studbaker had three hits and drove in five runs to lead a 14-hit attack during the Allan Hancock College baseball team's 10-6 win at West Hills College Coalinga on Friday afternoon. The No. 15 Bulldogs improved to 3-0, while West Hills dropped to 0-6.

Hancock took the lead for good in the first inning. Right fielder Colby Barrick led off the game with a single and stole second. Studebaker hit a RBI-single to right and moved to second on the throw to the plate as Barrick scored. Sophomore designated hitter Tim Mahoney followed with a single to left to drive home Studebaker to give Hancock a 2-0 lead just three batters into the game.

In the second, after Justin Daraban singled and Barrick walked with one out, Studebaker doubled to left to clear the bases and give Hancock a 4-0 lead. After Studebaker stole third, Mahoney drove him in with a ground ball to third to give Hancock a 5-0 lead.

West Hills rallied for three in the bottom of the second, but Hancock answered with a RBI-singles from Ryan Peinado and Daraban to retake a 7-3 lead. West Hills rallied in the fourth for two more runs, but once again the Bulldogs responded with a two-run fifth on another two-run double from Studebaker that scored Hunter Christensen and Barrick.
