Bio

Carr transferred to Hancock from Saddleback College where he played in three games last season. He was an all-league quarterback, as well as an all-league and all-CIF punter for Atascadero High School. He set the school rushing record for a quarterback with 819 yards on the ground and 15 touchdowns, as well as threw for 1,305 yards and 10 touchdowns his senior season. Carr also participated on the USA Football National Select Team, playing in the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) International Bowl. He plans to pursue a degree in either history or political science.
