Men's Soccer Stretches Win Streak to Three After Win over WHC Lemoore

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's soccer team picked up a third consecutive win at home against West Hills College Lemoore on Tuesday afternoon. | BOX SCORE

The Bulldogs (3-0-0) started the scoring frenzy early after a pass from Mark Hutchison led Jose Herrera to score in the first three minutes of play. Hutchison doubled the lead with a goal in the 10th tick before Miguel Padron sent back-to-back shots past the Lemoore (0-1-0) keeper. Herrera registered another goal for Hancock in the 25th minute, but the Golden Eagles closed out the opening half by capitalizing on a late penalty kick. Padron and Tanner Sizemore wrapped up scoring efforts in the second frame with goals in the 53rd and 78th minutes. 

Hancock dominated the possession opportunities with a 16-4 shot advantage and placed nine tries on target. Noe Gaona aided the effort with two assists while Erick Jimenez and Padron each added one. Luis Garcia was credited with the win in the box after allowing one goal and collecting one save through 90 minutes of play.
