SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's soccer team picked up a point in the league standings after holding Moorpark College in a 2-2 draw on Friday afternoon. | BOX SCORE
The Raiders (4-11-1, 2-2-1) struck first with an early goal in the 7th minute, but Edgar Garces evened things out in the 20th after a pass sending a pass from Landon Smith past the keeper. The Bulldogs (3-12-2, 0-5-1) briefly took the lead after Garces' second goal in the 28th, this time with the of Jose Herrera, but Moorpark answered with another tally just before the intermission.
Luis Garcia picked up the tie in the box after allowing two goals and grabbing four saves through a full 90 minutes of play.
Hancock is scheduled to continue WSC action on Tuesday, October 31st, with a trip to Oxnard College.
