FRESNO, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College men's soccer team saw the non-conference road test at Clovis College end in a 1-1 tie on Friday afternoon. | BOX SCORE
The hosting Crush (1-0-1) got on the board first via an own goal in the 43rd minute before Caleb Toldeo managed to level the playing field for the Bulldogs (1-0-1) with a shot past the keeper in the 78th.
Erick Jimenez led the offense with three shots on target while Robert Torres, Joe Baro, Anthony Tamayo, Edgar Chavedz, and Toledo each registered one. Max Brewster collected five saves after a complete game in the box.
The Bulldogs will host Monterey Peninsula College on Friday, Sept. 6, for the home opener. The game will take place on the AHC Soccer Field on the Santa Maria campus and will begin at 4 PM.
