Bio
Rubalcaba was a three-year varsity basketball player and a scholar-athlete at Madera High School. She averaged nearly 6 points, 2 rebounds and 2 steals per game as a senior. Winning a CIF championship her senior season is her favorite sports memory. Rubalcaba plans to major in criminology.
