PLAYOFF BOUND: No. 8 Bulldogs Set to Host No. 9 Canyons for Round One

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Allan Hancock College women's soccer program will begin its quest for an appearance at the final site of the 3C2A State Championship by hosting round one of the CCCAA Southern California Regional Playoffs. This marks the third playoff appearance on record for the program with the first appearance being made in 2019 and is the first time that the team has earned an automatic bye through the play-in round. | FULL BRACKET

The Bulldogs (15-3-3) picked up the highest seed in program history after landing at No. 8 and will host No. 9 College of the Canyons (13-4-4). The Cougars finished as the runner-up in the south division of the Western State Conference with a final league record of 10-1-3.

The game will take place on the AHC Soccer field at 1 PM on Saturday, November 18th. The winner of Saturday's event will advance to the second round to face the winner of the No. 1-seed matchup. Chaffey, who picked up the top seed, will be hosting the winner of the No. 16 Mt San Jacinto/No. 17 El Camino play-in match.   

Tickets for the event will be available for purchase at the gate with a credit/debit card or can be purchased online at ahcbulldogs.com/ticketing. Per the CCCAA guidelines, ticket prices are as follows: Adults - $12, Students - $8, Senior Citizens - $8, and Children (age 6-12) - $8. Children under the age of six receive free admission. Please note that the ticketing gate is cashless and that season and/or conference passes are not valid for postseason events. Pets are not permitted at the field and seating is limited. Fans are strongly encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
