Stevens finished third in the 1,650-yard freestyle final to earn all-conference honors, and came in sixth in the 500-yard final during the 2017 Western State Conference Championships. She helped the Bulldogs finish third overall in conference. Stevens was also part of the Hancock’s All-American relay teams in the 400-yard medley. They broke the school record with a time of 4:10.53 to finish 10^th at the 2017 CCCAA State Championships and 14^th in the nation. Stevens won one individual and two relay team league titles her senior season at Cabrillo High School. Winning the 500 free title is her favorite sports memory. She is a global studies major who wants to become an officer in the United States Coast Guard.
