Bio
Ricks returns after he earned a spot on the All-Western State Conference First Team as a freshman. He turned down multiple scholarships from Division I programs to return to the Bulldogs this season. He averaged 10.3 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. Ricks ranked in the conference’s top three in both rebounds and field goal percentage. He recorded seven double-doubles, including in the team’s overtime win against Ventura when he scored a career-high 24 points and pulled down 11 rebounds. Ricks scored 10+ points in 18 games and compiled 10+ rebounds eight times, including a career-best 14 against Ohlone. Ricks earned All-League First Team honors his senior season at Patterson High School. He averaged nearly 15 points and 6 rebounds per game. He scored a season-high 25 points twice his senior year. Winning a league title his sophomore season is his favorite sports memory.
